Warnings for first violation (Swearing, Side line coaching)

Penalties:

• 1 for 1: (Playing On, Swearing after being warned, Side line coaching after being warned)
• 1 for 1: (Wiping)
• 1 for 1: (Game changing action)

Appeals:

• Players may appeal a call at the end of the match to the head referee.
• Players may appeal to ultimate referee after the head referee if it is a game changing penalty.

The above are examples of common penalties.  The referees have the authority to interrupt, extend and apply the rules to situations not already covered by the rules.

This will be round robin format based on amount of teams entered.
